This guide covers the main
functions: Login, Open, Publish, Receive and Record. In particular, to Publish
any channel, you must Login the anyON™ Directory Service (see anyON TV User Map
for Username/Password of your area.) You also need to configure your PC to be

1.
Login:
In the main menu, click
Open->Login to use the anyON™ Directory Service if needed.

In the popup window, input any available Username/Password at your choice, then click Confirm. Login window will also popup automatically when you try to Publish->User Streaming, or Receive Push channels. Username/Password are saved by default for future automatic login. When your choice is already used by an active user, you are prompted to choose another Username. You can always login as a new Username.

Appendix: How to Configure DMZ
A
home PC connected to the Internet via a DSL or cable modem Web Gateway is
normally inside a LAN using a private IP address. You can make such a PC
visible globally by configuring your Web gateway to share its public (dynamic
or static) IP address with the designated PC, when Publish a global User
Streaming channel or Receive a Personal Push. Here is an example on how to
configure a D-Link Web Gateway/Router for this purpose:
Step
1: Find the private IP address assigned for the PC.
-
Open a DOS window or Run “cmd” from Start->Run;
-
Type in “ipconfig” from the C:> prompt, it is under: IP Address (see
below).

Step 2: Enable DMZ for
the PC.
-
Access the gateway (normally at 192.168.0.1) from a Web browser;
-
Login as Admin (with password) and select Advanced->DMZ from the
config menu;
-
Type in the IP address of the PC found in step 1, click Enabled (see
below).

Other gateways can be
configured similarly.
